We travelled to Sydney for the Quilt & Craft Expo, a trade-only event, for the book release. I also had a few other patterns to release also... LOVEBIRDS, a lap or wall size quilt, featuring 'Martinique' fabric by 3 Sisters...
Also, a new small purse pattern, BLOOMING ROSES...
My husband, SuperTrev, always comes to the show with me, to help out. Although, the way he tells it is, he mans the stand, while I 'shop'.
It is always fun to catch up with many of our friends at the show. Here I am with Lynette from Lynette Anderson designs. I love this new cushion pattern of hers, and have ordered some for our shop, Thread & Ginger.

Kerry Gillespie from My Favourite Things was also there. Isn't her alphabet quilt great. What a good idea to help kids learn the alphabet!
And, Majella from Kookaburra Cottage. The new quilt, French Bouquet, is gorgeous and uses the latest French General fabric range. I have ordered some of these too.
